1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ARB//HQ (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
ARB//HQ is an information and calculation tool that helps Australian punters identify arbitrage opportunities, track bookmaker promotions, and calculate matched betting stakes. The Service provides:
- Real-time sports odds data from licensed Australian bookmakers (Pro subscribers)
- Matched betting and rollover calculators (all users)
- Bookmaker promotion tracking (Pro subscribers)
3. $500 Profit Guarantee — Terms & Conditions
ARB//HQ offers a $500 money-back guarantee to eligible new subscribers who follow our step-by-step system and do not achieve a guaranteed profit. The following conditions must all be met to qualify:
- Eligibility: One claim per person, per household, and per payment method. Available to new Pro subscribers only (first subscription period).
- Complete the checklist: You must complete all four steps in the Dashboard Next Steps checklist — (1) Training Guide, (2) Betfair Exchange account, (3) First Profit challenge, and (4) at least one Profit Builder promo — within 14 days of your trial start date.
- Screenshot uploads: You must upload a screenshot of each qualifying bet placed at each step of the checklist. Screenshots must clearly show the bookmaker name, event, stake amount, and odds. Uploads are submitted via email to hello@arbhq.io with subject line “$500 Guarantee Claim”.
- Qualifying bookmakers: Your first profit attempt must use one of the following AU bookmakers: Sportsbet, Bet365, Betr, or BetRight, with the corresponding lay bet placed on Betfair Exchange.
- Minimum deposit: You must have deposited a minimum of A$50 at a qualifying bookmaker and placed a qualifying back bet of at least A$50 at odds of 1.80 or greater.
- Claim window: Your claim email must be received within 7 days of completing all checklist steps, and no later than 21 days after your subscription start date.
- Outcome: If you followed all steps correctly and still did not achieve a guaranteed profit (i.e. you lost money net of the matched betting strategy), we will refund A$500 to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of claim approval.
- Exclusions: Claims are void if screenshots cannot be verified, if bets were placed at odds below the required minimums, if the same bookmaker was used for both back and lay legs, or if the claim is submitted outside the claim window.
ARB//HQ reserves the right to request additional information to verify a claim and to reject fraudulent or incomplete submissions.
4. Educational purpose
The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only. While arbitrage and matched betting are mathematical techniques that can reduce risk, they are not risk-free in practice. The $500 guarantee (Section 3) is the only express profit guarantee made by ARB//HQ.
Bookmakers may limit or close accounts that display patterns consistent with arbitrage or professional betting. ARB//HQ is not responsible for any account limitations imposed by bookmakers.
5. Responsible gambling
Sports betting carries financial risk. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service. We strongly encourage responsible gambling practices.

6. Subscription and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at A$97/month (inclusive of GST). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
To cancel your subscription, email hello@arbhq.io with the subject line “Cancel Subscription”. We will process your cancellation within 24 hours. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Accuracy of odds data
Odds data is sourced from The Odds API and may be delayed or inaccurate. Always verify odds directly at the bookmaker before placing any bet. ARB//HQ is not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on displayed odds.
9. Intellectual property
All content, software, and materials on the Service are owned by ARB//HQ. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARB//HQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 30 days prior to the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
